Sosta was created in 2004 with a simple idea, to cook the way they do at home in Argentina. Two decades on, we've built our reputation on quality produce, consistent service and genuine hospitality.
Our menus centre on the charcoal and wood-fire grill, drawing on Argentinian, Spanish and Italian traditions. We proudly support local SA and Australian producers, and we cook everything the way we always have, over fire.
